2. Account Registry & Access

To use Al Tujjar as a merchant, you must complete the registration form with valid business parameters. As a customer, your portal access relies on authentication details supplied by your respective shop or business registry. You are responsible for keeping all login PINs, OTP codes, and credentials secure.

3. Appropriate Usage

You agree to use Al Tujjar only for legitimate commercial operations, including generating invoices, logging customer credit, tracking product sales, and verifying customer profiles. Any fraudulent transaction logs, credit inflation, or malicious data entry is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Al Tujjar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any direct or indirect business disruptions, financial calculations discrepancies, loss of transaction details, or system downtimes. It is the responsibility of the merchant to maintain independent backups of billing statements.

5. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate ledger features, database systems, or website interfaces at any time without prior notice.
